![]() ![]() The only "enhancement" in this version is the toned down yellow tint a.k.a. Steam discussions page shows at least 144 unfixed, missing features/bugs for this game. Game's forums on Steam and on Eidos site shows no one in the company - including moderates - care about this game. In addition to the new bugs players have found, this version also seems to have downgraded graphics, such as low quality SSAO, broken Post Processing, streched textures, missing colors etc. The game uses an old version of the original game, which means it has all the bugs that were patched years ago in THE ORIGINAL GAME! Only handful were fixed in DC. ![]() They're fun for a few hours and thankfully both are short, but after playing a good bit of both these games, I can see why they don't sell well. The gunplay in Mankind Divided is a bit better, as well as the map design, but both these games really just feel mediocre. There's a sidequest in human revolution that you can't complete unless you pay 1000 credits (something very hard to come across in these games because you don't exactly get much money and when you do, you probably spend it on ammo or other items you might need) or if you have the social enhancer so that you can bribe a certain NPC another way.īeyond that, the level and map design are atrocious, especially in Human Revolution and the levels inside of the missions are a bit too large. ![]() Yet there are certain quests that you can't complete unless you have a security level of 3 or 4 to open certain doors. I don't find the hacking system fun and I never really cared for the items you might get for unlocking certain storage crates, so I simply didn't invest in it. I don't believe you can purchase praxis kits in Human Revolution but you can in mankind divided and I often find myself just searching online for codes to doors that have a security level that is too high for me to hack. Don't have enough strength to lift this crate? Don't have X hacking level? Don't have a social enhancer or 1000 credits? Welp, sorry bud, you can't complete this quest. The games seem overly reliant on the praxis system, requiring you to level your character in a certain way or you might not be able to complete a mission. I've played 16 hours of Human Revolution and 12 hours of Mankind Divided. ![]()
